Hall 2 was built in 1974 as surface reinforcement for the existing hall 1, which had been built 7 years before that. Hall 2 bears the marks of the study firm Bekaert as architect and, seeing that this hall also contains a wood structure – albeit less prominent than in hall 1 – Werkhuizen Decoene once again provided its services as contractor.
